Our HypnoBirthing Antenatal course comprises 12.5 hours of education covering the origin of fear in labour, the power of the mind, our mind/body connection and how it relates to birth.  There is also lots of preparation on relaxation and visualisation for an empowering birth.

Our course can be done in conjunction with other antenatal classes.
