Mind and Body Flow sessions with Aamo’s Yoga every Monday from 6.00 to 7.00 pm at our Glendowie Centre.
Each session starts with self healing through a tapping technique followed by Hatha Yoga practice, and wrapping up with deep breathing and meditation.
These sessions are suitable for all levels.
Please bring a mat.
