Yoga and Weight Training for Women


Join Nicole Veith, certified and experienced yoga teacher on Fridays, 7.00 – 8.00 am starting on 2nd August and ending on 27th September (6 classes with a break in the middle – see below for dates).

This new class aimed at strengthening your body with yoga and weights.  This class is designed for women (especially those entering or experiencing menopause) and is limited to 8.

Strength training helps you maintain your muscle mass. It can also help prevent and reverse insulin resistance. Muscle strength and bone health are directly related. Bone health is essential to prevent  osteoporosis.

$150 for 6 classes

What you need: a yoga mat and your own dumb bells (1 or 2 kg)
